Cattle in the DR

Taken near the Haitian coast in the Dominican Republic on an iPhone. This photo shows the intense poverty that these people live in by the shacks surrounding the cattle and the close vicinity between them and where the people sleep. Strong center of interest.

Brother and Sister in the DR

Rhode Island Coast

Taken on an iPhone in Block Island, Rhode Island edited on instagram with the amaro filter. I love the beautiful cliffs and rocks around the bend of the coast and the contrast between the smooth sand and the walked on sand. Leading lines, curving lines.

Taken on the top floor of the Musee D'Orsay in Paris. I love the outlines of the peoples figures standing in front of the clock and the contrast between light and dark. Strong center of interst, simplicity, avoiding mergers.
