Ken Wyner Journal
Ken Wyner got his first camera at the age of 12 , a Zeis Icon 35 mm, as a gift from his father. He started selling his black and white photos on the streets of Georgetown at the age of 17. He had his first one man gallery show at the Icon museum in D.C. in 1970. After spending 18 months on a trip going from England to Afghanastan he began shooting for small fashion boutiques and restaurants. In 2000 he had his largest exhibit to date consisting of 40 photos from the "Washington Dream" series. He then opened the Light Box Gallery & Studio and now makes FineArt for commercial use.
I like this one because there are lots of colors and the cloud background makes it look sort of sureal.
I like this one because of the warm color palette and the beautiful geometric shapes in it.
I like this one because of the intricate shapes and designs in it.

David Hockney journal
David Hockney is an English painter, draughtsman, printmaker, stage designer and photographer and an important contributor to the Pop Art movement of the 1960s. He is considered one of the most influential British artists of the 20th century.
His work is surreal and imaginative. His photography and paintings are both surreal in that his paintings are unusually colorful and vibrant. His photography is different from his paintings however, in that he makes photo montages of his photography, while his paintings are all one solid picture.
Interesting facts:
